Sport or body part

There are two ways to orientate yourself in the Get Set app.

One entry is by choosing the sport you are doing and learn more about common injuries and prevention, the other entry is by choosing a body part you are either are bothered with or want to prevent injuries in. Some exercises fit for more sports and body parts. You will therefore find them in several places in the app.

3 levels of progression

No one becomes a master without proper training. The exercises oin the Get Set app are divided into three levels of progression, and are presented with variety to contribute to increased performance, challenge and motivation over time. Get Set fits therefore for everyone, regardless of activity level. Many of the exercises you may know from before, while there may be some that you have never seen. Common to all of them is that they will help you in preventing injuries while providing good training.

Instructional videos

For each of the sports and body parts you will be introduced for a training program that is tailored to the risk profile of the selected sport or body part. The exercises have their origin in research on sports injuries, prevention and rehabilitation, and are presented through a instructional video and a short text description on how to conduct the exercises most correctly. The exercises require little equipment and have recommendations for the number of sets and repetitions.

You can also download training programs as PDFs and share them with your mates or print them.
