E-Learning Course - Sports Without Injuries

The e-learning course, Sports Without Injuries, is specifically tailored for coaches for children and youth and is suitable across all sports. This course is also part of the Coach Level 1 education in several sports. The course is free and takes approximately two hours to complete. Please not that it is only available in Norwegian.

Sports Without Injuries 

The course focuses on injury prevention and the coach's role in ensuring injury-free sports activities. It provides knowledge about the most common sports injuries encountered when working with children and youths, how these injuries can be prevented, and what you need to know if an injury occurs.
