How to prevent Injuries in luge

The following exercise programme is designed to prevent injuries that are common for lugers. The exercises target the neck, back and shoulders, and they aim to improve, among other things, explosivity in the push-off so that the luger can exert more force on the ice. The luger’s stability and stamina should also be improved, in order to resist the forces exerted on the body. You will find the programme by clicking the orange button below.
