Injured?
Breaking is a dance style with high physical and artistic demands. In addition to creating your own style, having good musicality and flow, the dance involves jumping and falling, twists and sudden movements. This also includes spinning on different body parts, such as headstand or arm/handstand positions as well as acrobatic elements and "power moves". As a dancer's skill level improves, the physical demands increase accordingly. Both upper and lower limbs can often be affected by acute and strain injuries. Here you can read about the most common injuries in breaking.
