Most of our training programs on fittoplay.org and in the app have a selected range of exercises. These programs are general – some of you may have different training needs or require greater challenges.
We therefore recommend thinking "outside the box." For example, you can explore other sports on fittoplay.org that are similar to your sport in terms of performance requirements and common sports injuries.
If you want more exercises for specific body parts, such as the back or shoulders, you can find more on the back and shoulder pages on fittoplay.org.
