The exercise programme has been created in collaboration with the Norwegian High Performance Center (Olympiatoppen), and is designed to develop the fitness you need to become a better shooter.
Training with meaning
When practicing your shooting, focus on what you need to improve. That way, you can take fewer shots for each session, and reduce the load on your muscles and joints. Your technique will also improve.
