The program consists of 3 levels of progression. When you master these exercises, you can move on to the next level.
The injury prevention exercises below are created in collaboration with the national team in snowboard.
Big jumps are a part of the sport. You therefore need to be strong enough to control the landing. The exercise program will make you stronger in the legs and core muscles so you can have more control during takeoff, in the air and in the landing.
If you download the Get Set-app you have access to the exercises at all time. Remember to warm up the wholde body before each training session on snow.
